Why was your card charged?

In order for a credit card to be charged by DAINEWS someone would
have had to fill out an online form using the correct billing
address and zip code.

Do you know who charged this on my card?

The only information we have is what was entered by the person
who used the card. This includes an IP address and email address.

We try to manually verify each transaction to keep fraudulent ones
to a minimum, but occasionally some make it through. We will credit any
fraudulent transactions back to your card and provide all the information we can to you.

For faster service when contacting us, please provide your name &
the zip code of the billing address for the card. This will usually
allow us to look up the information about the transaction.
